Iyyun Tefilah: A Deep Dive into Prayer with Rabbi Garth Silberstein

In this class, students will deepen their understanding of the history and structure of the prayer service, the meanings of various prayers, and gain practical techniques for making the most out of our prayer experience. We will study both the Jewish laws of prayer as well as mystical and spiritual commentaries on the siddur to help students become more comfortable navigating the synagogue service, and to connect to the deep spiritual power behind that service. This class is suitable for all ages and backgrounds.
Sunday mornings at 9:45am, through June 2, 2019

Coffee and Mishnah Chabura with Rabbi Garth Silberstein
